Candace Oberholtzer is a commercial interior designer, project manager, and specification writer with more than twenty years of experience helping business owners turn empty shells into thriving, functional spaces. As the owner of Candace Lynn Design, she has guided clients from first-time franchisees to seasoned landlords, through the often overwhelming world of permits, fit-ups, and construction.
Candace is known for her down-to-earth, practical approach and for making complex steps feel manageable for the people she works with. Her experience spans restaurants, retail, medical, hospitality, and government interiors, giving her a broad perspective on what it really takes to get a project from idea to opening day.
When she’s not busy building her business, Candace can be found renovating her own home or enjoying the outdoors recharging in the spaces that inspire her creativity.
